  • Gone through the requirements of the project.
  • Played a major role in design and implementation and skill development of nursing staff.

Brief description of the project:

It was a three phase project to demonstrate the improvement of neonatal pain tolerance by using oral glucose as analgesic.

It was a Quality Improvement (QI) study.

  • Expert in nursing training programs for nursing staff and neonatologists for efficient work in neonatal units.
  • Trained more that 100 para medical staff so far at Deogiri Hospital, Aurangabad, Masai Hospital, Kolhapur.
  • Certified Yoga trainer by Sri Sri School of Yoga, Banglore.
  • Trainer and faculty at Art of Living foundation, Banglore.
  • Conducted 24 foundation courses on meditation and personal skill development and number still going ahead.
  • Participated in disaster relief team in Uttarakhand flood calamity.
