Brief description of the project:
It was a three phase project to demonstrate the improvement of neonatal pain tolerance by using oral glucose as analgesic.
It was a Quality Improvement (QI) study.

- Expert in nursing training programs for nursing staff and neonatologists for efficient work in neonatal units.
- Trained more that 100 para medical staff so far at Deogiri Hospital, Aurangabad, Masai Hospital, Kolhapur.
- Certified Yoga trainer by Sri Sri School of Yoga, Banglore.
- Trainer and faculty at Art of Living foundation, Banglore.
- Conducted 24 foundation courses on meditation and personal skill development and number still going ahead.
- Participated in disaster relief team in Uttarakhand flood calamity.
